THE WORK THAT GOT ME HERE
I kept showing up. And I kept carrying something I couldn’t put down.
I led AI transformation from the executive seat. I sat in the rooms where the restructuring decisions were made, watched the initiatives roll out, and saw firsthand what happened to the people those decisions touched. Skilled professionals with real track records and real expertise, suddenly without a roadmap. Organizations publicly committed to transformation while quietly offloading the human cost of it.
I kept showing up to that work. And I kept carrying something I couldn’t put down — the awareness that the system displacing people wasn’t building anything to catch them.
THE ORIGIN
Ready wasn’t going to show up on its own.
An email landed in my inbox — a call for speakers at an ICF Converge conference. It wasn’t something I had been waiting for. But I read it, recognized it as an opening, and said yes before I could talk myself out of it.
I had been telling myself I would step out and build something of my own when I felt ready. Sitting with that email, I finally admitted that ready wasn’t going to show up on its own. So I submitted the application and started preparing for a question I hadn’t asked myself clearly enough: what do I actually know right now that is worth sharing?
The answer wasn’t a credential or a title. It was something I had been watching for two years and hadn’t done enough about. The Open to Work banners on LinkedIn — stacked, one after another, skilled people in professional freefall — had been sitting with me for a long time. The workforce was restructuring faster than anyone was building a response. There was no bridge back, and nobody was building one.
That was the thing worth saying something about. So I got to work.

My Story
I always knew I wanted to go far in life, so I worked hard to become the first person in my family to graduate from college. After graduation, I thought my future was a guaranteed success. Then once I started having to make student loan payments, my dreams of a better life seemed out of reach.
I felt frustrated and helpless, but I had worked too hard to let my dreams slip away. I dove into financial literacy and came up with a system that allowed me to eliminate debt, save more, and invest for my future. Now I empower others on their journey to financial freedom.
