You used to know you were good at this.
Somewhere along the way, you started shrinking instead.
I help high-performing women take back the confidence, voice, and value a bad boss — or their own self-talk — convinced them to give away.

THE TRUTH NOBODY IS SAYING
You're not lacking competence.
You're lacking the belief that competence counts.
There's a story running underneath every performance review, every meeting where you said nothing you meant to say, every promotion that went to someone else: that you're almost enough. Not quite ready. Not quite deserving... yet.
Most of the women I work with are the most thorough, most capable people in the room, and they've been made small anyway. Maybe it was a bad boss, a bad org, or maybe just a story they started telling themselves and never stopped. Whether they chalk it up to imposter syndrome or their new truth, it kept these brilliant women firmly planted in place.
The shrink cycle isn't a personality trait. It's a pattern... and every pattern can be broken.
That's what this work is about.

YOUR GUIDE
I've been there. Stuck.Â
I've dealt with the dangling carrots. I've been the most capable person in the room and still felt small. Imposter syndrome and I are former acquaintances, so this work is personal to me. When I became a leadership coach, time and again, the women I worked with faced the same challenges, and I can't sit idly by while amazing women (like you) stay stuck, so I got to work.
I hold an MBA, a Master's in Psychological Counseling, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ICF ACC certification, an Executive Coaching certification, and a Design Thinking certification from Stanford. This isn't theory. It's lived, and it's credentialed.
"Cheryl has an uncanny knack for seeing strengths and uplifting people at exactly the right times. Every conversation with her left me feeling inspired, motivated, and worthy of my goals. She was able to give me just enough of a nudge while still letting me guide our sessions where I needed them to go. Furthermore, she has a wealth of tools and resources for all situations."
-Â Laura - promoted to Director- level
"Working with Cheryl gave me more clarity, confidence, and direction. She created a supportive space for me while still pushing me to think bigger and take meaningful steps toward my goals. Her insight, professionalism, and genuine care for the people she works with make her someone I would truly recommend to anyone looking for a coach who can make a real impact."
- Nicole - landed a new role 35k above her previous salary
"My professional confidence has grown while working with her, and I'm now applying to roles with salaries that previously intimidated me. Cheryl has helped me see my value and worth more clearly, and I'm going to land the right next role directly because of her help, her thoughtful questions, and her genuine care for my success."

THE PATH FORWARD
Three steps. No map required.
Most women who find their way through this don't have more information than you do. They just stop doing one thing: waiting to feel ready. Here's how it works.
1. Call It Out
Name the lie for what it actually is. We get real about where the story took a wrong turn.
You may not even realize what's holding you back, and that's okay. We will get to the root of it.
2. Proof Over Noise
Your mental story says you can't. We keep looking at the proof, the real evidence of what you've already done.
We are going to get honest about what you actually need to do to get moving. Spoiler: it isn't one more certification.
3. Stop Asking Permission
It's time to step out: Apply for the bigger role. Negotiate the raise. Speak in the room you used to stay quiet in. On your own clock — not someone else's.
THE COST OF WAITING
The most expensive thing you'll ever do is spend years being more capable than your circumstances reflect.
Every day the shrink cycle runs as the operating system, every room feeling slightly smaller, every opportunity reached for from doubt instead of confidence, it all has a cost. Not a future cost. A compounding one.
The room you're in might not deserve you. The question is whether you keep shrinking to fit it, or build the kind of confidence that doesn't need its permission.
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
You don't become someone new. You stop being someone small.
The people around you notice, not because you announced anything, but because you finally stopped shrinking to fit spaces that were never built for you.
You stop reaching outside yourself for permission to be capable. You find something more reliable, something that belongs to you, regardless of what the room decides, regardless of what changes next.
You always had the answer. You just stopped trusting the source.
